Hi, I'm Haley, a 29-year-old lifelong animal lover and the founder of Fur-mula For Love and Fur-mula For Travel. I've always believed the best adventures are the ones shared with the ones we love most, especially our furry family members. Growing up surrounded by pets, I learned early on that a house isn't a home without wagging tails and wet noses. That passion turned into a mission: helping other pet parents explore the world without leaving their best friends behind.

My partner in crime (and life) is Dylan, my amazing boyfriend who's equally obsessed with road trips, cozy getaways, and making sure every plan includes plenty of pup-approved stops. Together, we’ve turned our love for travel into something we can share with others.

Margarita is our sassy little Chiweenie who inspired it all. She's the tiny powerhouse with oversized ears, endless curiosity, and a bark that's way bigger than her size! Whether she's tucked in a backpack for a hike, snoozing in a pet-friendly cabin, or strutting her stuff on a beach walk, Margarita proves that even the smallest dogs deserve the biggest adventures. She's our official Chief Taste-Tester (of treats) and Travel Muse—reminding us daily why pet-inclusive trips are worth every extra step.

We started Fur-mula For Travel because I began a blog talking about our journey moving into a travel trailer and roadtripping down Route 66 to our destination: Yellowstone National Park! We got tired of the stress: digging through confusing pet policies, worrying about airline rules, or finding out too late that a "pet-friendly" hotel meant "one tiny room with no yard."

We know the feeling of wanting seamless, joyful vacations where your pet is truly welcomed—not just tolerated. Now, we help busy pet parents like you craft custom, stress-free itineraries that put comfort, safety, and fun first—for you and your four-legged travel buddy. From quick weekend escapes to epic cross-country road trips (or even international jaunts with all the paperwork sorted), we're here to make traveling with pets feel easy and exciting.

Margarita still comes along on all of our scouting trips, testing out trails, beds, and beaches so we can recommend only the spots we'd trust with our own girl.
